Sealu Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Sealu. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window You have [30] days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused (except for reasonable inspection/testing), in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
How to Start a Return Email us at sealu@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within [1–2] business days with return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- Items returned without proof of purchase
Damaged or Defective Items If your Sealu arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within [7] days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we cover return shipping.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of [0–15%] may apply.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at sealu@gmail.com.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at sealu@gmail.com.
